Rich joined the Bioseal Sales team in 2024 after a 21-year career as an Area Vice President in contract packaging and sterilization. After going through an acquisition, Rich decided to go back to a privately owned and managed family company.

He has a proven record in sales and service industries and tailors custom solutions to support members in the healthcare and medical arenas. Rich has worked with IHN groups, purchasing organizations, clinical providers, and, of course, his own support team. In his previous roles, Rich was also responsible for production and warehousing teams. He enjoys the challenge of helping his business partners succeed and delivering exceptional service and support.

Rich lives in Kansas City, MO, in the Midwest. He has been married to Traci for over 30 years, and they have a son, Riley, who is an aspiring opera singer. In his free time, Rich enjoys remodeling projects and traveling with his family.
